Those who choose to access this Site from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by siddhco.com's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data"). All the information which compulsorily needs to be filled are marked in asterix (*) sign.
- Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if siddhco.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or not in accordance with the User Agreement, siddhco.com has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
All payments made against the purchases /services on siddhco.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Siddh Co. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.
The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Credit Card Details
You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on siddhco.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card, which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e., in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details when making payment on siddhco.com. Your credit card information never reaches Siddh Co., we just get pass, hold, or fail message from our payment gateways. The said information will not be utilized and shared by our payment gateways or siddhco.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order. Siddh Co. will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
Fraudulent or Declined Transactions
Siddh Co. reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Siddh Co. reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Order Processing
Orders received are usually processed within 5-12 Business Days. For the purpose of this Terms, the term “Business Days” shall mean, a day not being a Saturday or Sunday, or a day on which banks in India are open for normal banking business.
Siddh Co. is not responsible for any delay in deliveries by the partnering courier company. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or messaging.
Cancellation by Siddh Co.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Somesituations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Delivery
Siddh Co. endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Siddh Co. fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Siddh Co. may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
Refunds & Returns
Siddh Co. shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Siddh Co. does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Siddh Co. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Siddh Co. within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Product Descriptions
Products displayed on Siddh Co. attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Siddh Co. does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Siddh Co. is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact Siddh Co. within 24 hours of receipt and Siddh Co. riser vest the right to provide a solution as per its discretion. Siddh Co. is not liable to issue any refunds or allow exchanges and/or returns as a matter of policy.

errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions,
