SHIPPING POLICY
DELIVERY
Once the order is confirmed, the details about the shipment will be shared via text message or mail.
Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code/zip code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.
Siddh Co. reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Siddh Co. has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package twice before they return it to us. If a non- delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic
and international delivery.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
DUTIES AND TAXES
The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST for domestic orders. Such prices are, however, exclusive of any other taxes applicable in your region.
All the Siddh Co. orders are shipped internationally from our studio in Delhi to your provided shipping address.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, OCCASIONALLY A CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH ARE LEVIED ONCE A SHIPMENT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. IN THE CASE WHERE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE ASSESSED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THESE ADDITIONAL FEES. SIDDH CO. TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE NON-DELIVERY OF ORDERS IN CASE SUCH TAXES AND DUTIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND SETTLED BY THE RECIPIENT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS IN SUCH CASES.
DELIVERY TIME
Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Siddh Co. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product.
We ship Monday-Friday each week. We aim to dispatch orders within 5-12 business days from the date of payment made. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not regarded as business days. This is subject to stock availability.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays/peak season in India. Customs and courier service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season (e.g., Diwali, Christmas. etc.). Please also note that delays may occur because of pending payment authorizations sometimes. These delays are outside of Siddh Co.'s control. In some countries, you may need to allow additional time for your local customs generally.
If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
Siddh Co. shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Siddh Co.
Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
ORDERING SEVERAL PRODUCTS
If you order more than one product at once, we may ship them together or separately. This depends on which products you order but if we do ship your items in one package, the estimated delivery time is whichever product takes the longest. Siddh Co. reserves the right to decide the number of packages to be shipped basis the orders received.
TRACKING THE ORDER
For your convenience, when your item has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. We recommend checking on tracking updates often so you can be aware of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for managing and receiving their shipments.
